Athens, 10/24/11 Heading Home

Well, not all the strikes are over here. The ferry pilots are still striking for a few days.

Unfortunately, it makes it very difficult to get to Hydra, our planned island vacation spot for a few days.

The airports are a mess, so . . . I am heading home. Joy is heading to Switzerland.

Athens 10/23/11

Most of the strikes and riots settled down by the end of our conference, so Joy, 

Vickie, Ginger Hopkins and Dick Moody, Northwest Evaluation Associates, 

were able to head up to the Parthenon, all of 3 blocks from our hotel! 

(These are in weird order -- will post now, while I have internet, and fix later -- maybe.)

We returned to the hotel after a fabulous dinner, to meet up with more new friends at the top of the hotel. Our wonderful view . . .
